Court is Now in Session!
There was much debate between the Allied forces as to where these trials should have taken place. Were they to take place on American, British or Russian soil? What would they be placed on trial for? Which country would provide representation? Who would be the Prosecution? The Defendants? All of these questions and more came about during the proceedings known as the Nuremburg Trials. What sort of punishment did these men deserve? And did they even deserve to have a trial? The four main charges that were brought against these men were (1)Crime against Peace (2)War of Aggression (3) War Crimes and (4) Crimes against Humanity.
However it will be your turn to take part in these well-known events! As a lawyer assigned to either the prosecution or the defense at the trials in Nuremberg, it is your job to present the case!
